Shipping and Handling Rates:
All rates are in Canadian Dollars (CDN). Rates for Canada and
the USA are by regular postal service. All other international
destinations are by Airmail. A courier can be arranged at added
costs upon request. A one dollar handling fee is included in the
shipping rates below.

All documentaries are NTSC, stereo, close captioned.
The DVDs play in all countries while the VHS (NTSC) play in Canada,
USA and some other selected countries.
Method of payment
Payment to Jim Hamm Productions Ltd. can be made by personal cheque
in Canada only. For the USA, EU and other countries payment must
be made with an International Postal Money Order or an International
Bank Draft in any currency as long as the country and currency
where the order takes place are the same match. Sorry, we are
not set up to accept credit cards.

Rights granted are: Educational Institutions, public performance,
circulation, audiovisual within a school or school district.
Policy on Returns
If the DVD or VHS does not function correctly, please return within
30 days for a refund. Return postage will be your only cost.
